Consultation Deposit for upcoming consultation

At Visique Optometrists we provide the opportunity for quality care and individual attention to each and every client. We organise our practice and our team to have that time with you. As we have set aside this professional consultation time exclusively for you there is a significant cost to us to provide this. Unfortunately the cost to us when appointments are not attended, or cancelled with late notice is significant.

To secure your consultation time please deposit $60.00 towards your consultation fee into the bank account below, or email / call us with your credit card details. If the deposit hasn’t been confirmed by 8am the following day, we’ll need to open it up to other clients and we may need to shift your consultation if it has then been booked for another client. If the consultation is for the same or following day then we need the deposit at the time of booking.

The professional time of our team is valuable, as is yours. At least two business days notice is needed to cancel / reschedule your consultation. If you can’t decide on a time to reschedule then we can refund the amount paid.

If we receive less than two business days notice then we can rebook your consultation during an off-peak time. If you do not wish to reschedule there is no refund of the deposit.

If you do not show to your appointment this forfeits your deposit and a further deposit will be needed to book an off-peak appointment.
